Returns & Exchanges

At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your intimates. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
